Project goal
Transforming this area required a precise planning and coordination with the authorities, in particular due to Heritage protection requirements.
A particular focus was on Optimizing the room structureto create an open, bright and modern atmosphere. The interior design was implemented with high-quality materials, while Tiled floors, new walls and painting rounded off the store design.
In addition, the Shopfitting structure completely redesigned to enable improved product presentation. The store's technical infrastructure was provided by new electrical installations and modernized ventilation and air conditioning technology Made fit for the future.
Challenges
The implementation of this project was characterized by particular challenges, in particular due to Monument protection requirements and the structural conditions.
Since the store is located in a historic buildings , all work had to be coordinated with the competent authorities. Die Structural and sealing work required precise coordination to protect the building fabric during fire protection was adapted and optimized.
