Project goal
The redesign of this store required a detailed planning and coordination with the authorities, in particular due to Monument protection requirements in Zurich.
The interior design was designed with high-quality materials to create a luxurious yet modern atmosphere. Die new room layout provides an open and bright retail space that optimizes the shopping experience.
A particular focus was on new entry portal, which enhances the store's appearance and ensures a distinctive brand presence. In addition, tile installation, drywall and painting work carried out to create an elegant, contemporary store aesthetic.
Die technical modernization comprised the Installation of new electrical systems, ventilation and air-conditioning technologyto ensure maximum comfort for customers and employees.
Challenges
The implementation of this project presented particular challenges, in particular with regard to Heritage protection, technical integration and official approvals.
Since the store is located in a listed buildings , all construction measures had to be coordinated with the competent authorities. The Dismantling and disposal of the old store had to be done carefully so as not to affect the historic building structure.
Die Adjustment of ventilation and air conditioning technology posed another challenge, as it had to be integrated into the existing building structure. Die Redesigning the entrance portal required careful planning to make the store inviting to the outside world without violating the architectural requirements of the location.
Despite these challenges, the project was implemented on time and to the highest quality.

The result is a completely modernized Vanessa Bruno Store, which combines exclusive design with maximum functionality.
