ba&sh Shop in Shop - Munich
In Oberpollinger Munich, one of the city's most renowned department stores, the BA&sh SIS store was modernized under demanding conditions. The work was carried out under time pressure, in tight conditions and exclusively at night so as not to disrupt ongoing operations.
Project goal
The redesign of Ba&sh SIS stores in Oberpollinger Munich had the goal of creating a high-quality and brand-appropriate retail space that reflected the exclusive character of the department store.
Due to the special circumstances, implementation had to efficient and discreet take place so as not to interfere with regular operations. The work was planned in such a way that it exclusively at night under strict time management were carried out without sacrificing quality and design.
Challenges
The implementation of this project presented particular challenges, in particular due to limited space and tight schedule.
- Working under time pressure: The entire implementation had to be carried out in a very limited period of time, as store operations continued during the day.
- Restricted work space: The close conditions within the department store required precise coordination of all trades.
- Night-time construction: All measures had to be carried out at night, which required precise planning and logistical coordination.

The result is a completely modernized Ba&sh retail space, which seamlessly fits into the luxurious ambiance of Oberpollinger Kaufhaus was integrated.
