New store design for Tom Tailor Denim in Linz — Parabello Project AG has comprehensively modernized the store, created a distinctive appearance and optimised the sales room with new lighting and high-quality materials.
Project goal
Modernizing this store required a detailed planning and coordination with the authorities, in particular for Permits and fire protection measures.
A particular focus was on Redesigning the entrance portalto create an inviting and brand-strong public image. At the same time, the Sales area with high-quality materials and a modern interior redesigned.
Die drywall and painting work created a fresh, stylish atmosphere, during the vinyl flooring forms a durable and stylish basis for the store. The entire technical infrastructure was provided by new electrical installations as well as optimised ventilation and air-conditioning technology brought up to date.

Challenges
The implementation of the project posed special requirements, in particular due to required permits and fire protection measures.
The work had to be coordinated in such a way that store operations were not unnecessarily affected during the renovation phase. The Conversion of the entrance portal required precise coordination to perfectly integrate the store's new look into the overall look of the location.
Die technical modernization was also a challenge, as the new ventilation and air-conditioning technology as well as electrical installations had to be integrated into the existing building structure. Despite these challenges, the project was successfully completed within the planned time frame.
Results
The result is a completely modernized Tom Tailor Denim Store, which now offers an open, stylish and inviting retail space.
