Office Hair & Skin and Best Smile - Wintower Winterthur
The new headquarters of Bestsmile and Hair & Skin were built in Wintower in Winterthur. The aim was to create a modern, functional and inspiring work environment that lives up to the brand values of the two companies and at the same time offers employees the highest level of comfort.
Project goal
The redesign of this office space required a detailed planning and coordination with the authorities, in particular with regard to Permits and fire protection measures.

Challenges
Implementing this project presented several challenges, particularly with regard to technical integration and compliance with fire safety requirements.
Since the office space was built in an existing building, the ventilation and air-conditioning technology as well as the electrical installations be integrated into the existing infrastructure without affecting the architectural conditions.
